Exhibitor Information
Interested in exhibiting at one of the largest county fairs in the nation? Then the Elkhart County 4-H Fair is the place to be. Elkhart County, located in northern Indiana, is one of the largest counties in the state with an approximate population of 200,000. In addition, the nearby metropolitan area of South Bend has a population of over 200,000. With this population to draw from, the Elkhart County 4-H Fair hosts 250,000-300,000 people annually. The Elkhart County 4-H Fairgrounds represents 143 acres of Fun during our nine-day event held annually in July. Our on-going goal is to have something for everyone and our commercial exhibits & food concessions are a major factor in that effort.

Inside Commercial Exhibits
Our Inside Commercial Exhibits program consists of three Commercial Exhibit Buildings that house 275 10’ X 10’ spaces. Building A is our largest with 167 spaces. Building E & Building F have 54 spaces. Spaces in these buildings rent for $350.00 plus tax and $400 for premium spaces. In addition, each exhibitor is required to furnish a Certificate of Insurance.

Filling out this application will put you on the waiting list. Once you obtain a space during the Fair, unless you fail to follow the policies for the Inside or Outside Commercial program, you will be guaranteed a space from year to year. When you decide not to return, your vacant space will be filled by someone currently on the waiting list.

Outside Commercial Exhibits

Our Outside Commercial Exhibits program consists of approximately 1800 feet of prime frontage space. This space is on main thoroughfares, paved, and heavily traveled by fair goers. Display area is $17.00 per frontage foot & retail area is $30.00 per frontage foot. A charge of $25.00 for 500 watts of power per exhibitor is also required. In addition, each exhibitor is required to furnish a Certificate of Insurance.

Food Concessions

If you are a food concessionaire & wish to be added to the waiting list, send a picture of your concession unit, space size needed & a menu to: 

Currently the Elkhart County 4-H Fairgrounds has 74 food concession stands. 16 are manned by 4-H & civic groups & 58 are professionals. When space becomes available we will select new applicants from our waiting list.
