2024 Disabilities & Special Groups Day Booth Application
Elkhart County 4-H Fair is committed to the involvement, growth, and awareness of groups within our community. We want to make the Fair a welcoming place for all individuals regardless of their backgrounds or abilities and establish a positive impact in their lives. These thoughts and commitments led our focus to segments of our community that are often overlooked. We're excited to announce the combination of our Disabilities Awareness Day and Special Groups program into one entity, the 2024 Disabilities & Special Groups Day on Monday, July 22nd in Heritage Park.
Disabilities & Special Groups Day was created to allow individuals of all ages with intellectual and physical disabilities and youth from disadvantaged situations, such as group foster homes, to visit and enjoy the fair without physical, emotional, or financial barriers.
As part of this event, we are inviting community businesses and organizations to participate in the program by signing up for a booth space during the event. Booth hours are 9:00 am to 2:00 pm we ask organizations who sign up to staff their booth during that entire time. If you would like to reserve a spot for your organization this year, please fill out and submit the form below by June 17, 2024.
