2024 Spring Eggstravaganza Partner Application
Partner Guidelines
The Fair prides itself on being an active contributor to our community by providing safe, family-friendly events. We want to partner with our community members to provide a FREE event for our Elkhart County youth to enjoy. Therefore, we invite you to join us as an activity station partner for
Spring Eggstravaganza at the Fairgrounds!
Spring Eggstravaganza at the Fairgrounds will be held Saturday, March 30th from 9AM-1PM and will be entirely outdoors. We invite local businesses and organizations to take part in the event by running a booth space and providing an activity for the kids to participate in. These booth spaces are limited! Priority will be given to businesses in Elkhart County and spaces must be staffed the entire time. The Fairgrounds will provide tables and chairs for each booth space, but we encourage partners to bring their own pop-up tent as we will not have any available for this event. Booth spaces will be roughly 10x10 with some spacing distance from the other booths.
Businesses and organizations may display business names, and are encouraged to have promotional items/marketing materials for any youth summer leagues, activities, organizations, etc. The main focus of this event is for young children to have fun and enjoy a safe, family-friendly event.
At this time, we are unsure of how many children to recommend you prepare for. As we receive registrations, we will communicate the numbers with our community partners.
