Donation Request Form

The Elkhart County 4-H Fair & Agricultural Exposition supports our local community and the fellow organizations that serve it. These organizations may request a Family 4-Pack of tickets to our annual Elkhart County 4-H Fair a maximum of twice per calendar year, to be used in fundraising efforts. The tickets should be used for raffles, silent auctions, and other fundraising activities and may not be provided as giveaways or gifts. Requests shall be completed by July 1 for the current calendar year's event. Requests received after July 1 will be considered and fulfilled with admission tickets for the following year's Fair.

Submission of this form does not guarantee approval of request and the Elkhart County 4-H Fair will, at their discretion, be the final arbiter on issuance of the donation. Please allow up to 10 business days for review and fulfillment.
