General

The Elkhart County 4-H & Agricultural Exposition, Inc. feels strongly that our community, local families, and 4-H youth deserve a safe and enjoyable experience at our annual Fair. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and will result in ejection from the Elkhart County 4-H Fair.

The Elkhart County 4-H Fairgrounds is privately owned and operated.

The following are prohibited on the grounds at all times; soliciting, metal detectors, skateboarding, rollerblades, hoverboards, or go-carts.

ABSOLUTELY NO WEAPONS including FIREARMS of any type allowed. The following are also prohibited; pets, bicycles, alcohol, gang colors, or related items of any kind.

NO SMOKING - including vaping, allowed inside the admission gates.

Injury

If you or someone else has an injury, please dial and call 911 immediately and help will arrive soon. If you see any Firefighter, EMS, or Police Officer stop them and notify them of the situation.

Child Safety

If parents or guardians get separated from their child, please visit the Fair Information Window (located North of Heritage Park) so we can notify the appropriate authorities.

When reporting the separation, please provide any identifying factors such as clothing, height, weight, age, and where they were last seen.

All lost children will be brought to the Fair Office located inside the Main Gate and north of Heritage Park until we can reunite the parties.

COVID-19

The ever-changing situation with COVID-19 is something the Elkhart County 4-H Fair takes very seriously. We are consistently monitoring the situation and plan to act accordingly.

Face Masks: Face masks are not required, but we encourage guests to do what is best for them and their comfort level. If you choose to not wear a mask, please be mindful of those around you.

Sanitation: Hand Washing and Sanitation Stations will be placed throughout the Fairgrounds for all patrons use. All tables, chairs, and restrooms will be sanitized and cleaned daily.
